The Covid-19 situation has affected all of our day-to-day activities. We therefore thank you for your understanding regarding our response times to your requests and/or repairs of your products, in or out of warranty. We and our authorized repair centers are doing our utmost to meet your needs as quickly as possible.
We are maintaining an online parts and accessories sales service whenever possible, as is the case in our Accessories Shop or via some of our Service Centres, while trying to limit delivery delays as much as possible in accordance with local guidelines.
