After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
Do not use your appliance. To avoid any danger, have it replaced by an approved repair centre.
• Check that the capsules have been inserted correctly in their cases.
• Check that the capsule tip has not been folded on insertion. Replace your capsules, ensuring that the tip does not fold on insertion.
• Check that you have not pressed the flexible parts of the dispenser when removing it from the appliance. Pull the dispenser by holding onto the rigid upper part.
• Make sure you have properly put the two capsules in the dispenser before starting the mixing cycle.
• Check that the capsules have been properly inserted, and that the cream has not spilled inside the appliance.
• Check that the capsule end has not been folded on insertion. Replace your capsules, ensuring that the tip does not fold on insertion.
• Check that you have not pressed the flexible parts of the holder when removing it from the appliance. Pull the holder by holding onto the rigid upper part.
• Make sure you have properly put the two capsules in the dispenser before starting the kneading cycle.
• In case your appliance is in safety mode, apply the reset process: hold down the two buttons ON/OFF and RELEASE for 5 seconds. If the problem persists, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
• If your appliance goes into safety mode, do not use the capsules and the cosmetic in the dispenser: use new capsules if you restart a new cycle.
• Check that you have properly removed the transport block from the dispenser upon first use.
• Ensure that the dispenser has been correctly closed before insertion.
• Check that your capsules have been inserted the right way round into dispenser. Look at the insertion direction indicated by the arrow printed on the capsule.
Contact an Authorised Service Centre.
• The ON/OFF button is lit: this is normal, just press the button again to start the cycle.
• Check that the product has enough battery to start the cycle. Your product is designed with a safety feature, meaning that the cycle will not start if there is not enough battery to finish it: recharge the battery of your product.
• The ON/OFF button is flashing: check that the dispenser has been properly inserted into its case. The product emits a sound signal when the dispenser is correctly inserted.
• Check that your capsules have been inserted the right way round into the dispenser. Look at the insertion direction indicated by the arrow printed on the capsule.
• If the dispenser is still not detected, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
You have enough battery for 1 treatment. Charge your treatment formulator as soon as possible.
You cannot perform a cycle shortly after a first one.
Wait for the "padlock" button to go off to restart a cycle.
Your treatment formulator is out of battery, charge it.
A 5 minutes charge will allow you to carry out 1 treatment.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
